　　2024年5月17-18日, 亚太经合组织(APEC)第三十届贸易部长会在秘鲁阿雷基帕举行，期间还举行了贸易和妇女部长联席会。会议发表《APEC贸易部长联合声明》和《APEC贸易和妇女部长联席会联合声明》。商务部国际贸易谈判代表兼副部长王受文率团与会，并围绕多边贸易体制、亚太自贸区建设、贸易便利化和贸易包容性等议题阐述中方立场。

　　王受文指出，APEC经济体应带头落实好世贸组织第13届部长级会议授权和共识，特别是恢复两级审理的争端解决机制正常运转，促进投资便利化协定早日纳入世贸组织法律框架，推动渔业补贴、电子商务、贸易与环境等议题取得积极进展。中方将继续全面深入参与世贸组织改革，推动其为解决全球性问题和挑战发挥更大作用。

　　王受文表示，要坚定将亚太自贸区建设作为区域经济一体化的主渠道，坚守APEC推动贸易投资自由化便利化的核心价值，推动区域内各类贸易安排保持开放包容、协同发展，不断为亚太自贸区积累条件。同时，APEC经济体要加强政策衔接和协调，深化贸易单证数字化、标准互认、跨境电商、供应链互联互通等领域务实合作和规则探索，提升区域贸易便利化水平，让各经济体共享区域经济发展红利。

　　王受文强调，近年来，个别经济体频频采取单边主义、保护主义措施，滥用国家安全例外，通过行政和立法手段打压别国企业，严重背离市场规律，既不符合世贸组织规则，也与亚太自贸区的精神背道而驰。APEC经济体应摒弃零和思维，不搞“脱钩断链”，不建封闭排他的“小圈子”，不采取扭曲市场措施。

　　会议期间，王受文还与秘鲁、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、智利、澳大利亚、新西兰、巴布亚新几内亚等经济体代表举行会见会谈，就彼此关心的多双边经贸议题交换意见。
